here's what people have to say about working with me and my team.

“Rebecca is one of the most outstanding youth development professionals I’ve had the pleasure of meeting! For the past year, I’ve supported her in one of her initiatives, a project to bring together staff who serve young people to network, develop their professional capacity and experiment with new strategies. I’ve been consistently impressed with Rebecca’s ability to facilitate learning and to create strong connections within the group. I’m constantly looking for new opportunities to work with her because the quality of her thinking and the work that she does is just THAT GOOD. If you’re looking for someone who “gets” young people and who can create the kind of empowering, asset-focused programs for youth that really work, then you should be working with Rebecca!” -Michele Martin, The Bamboo Project

“There are three qualities about Rebecca that I have come to learn and love. One, “impossible” does not exist in her vocabulary. She is an endless pit of ideas! If you have a problem or a challenge, she’ll work with you to dig, poke, prod every which way to find the solution that works best. Two, she genuinely loves young people. Her passion to provide young people with truly enriching and meaningful learning opportunities is evident in her can-do attitude. To Rebecca, young people are powerful and fully capable of being positive change makers.  Working with her, she taught me the importance of setting our youth up for success so that their power and ability can be realized through the work we do. Three, she is always on time and prepared. I must express my thanks for her dedication in carrying out her work and passion with us at Asian Arts Initiative. Our youth program and my own career as youth worker would not be the vibrant and inspiring place it is had we not had Rebecca cheering us on to overcome the many challenges we faced in preparing, building, and implementing an exciting and meaningful youth program.” -Ellen Hwang, Youth Programs Manager, Asian Arts Initiative

"Rebecca demonstrates warmth and flexibility as a trainer, while keeping the group focused on the end goal. Rebecca is an excellent communicator with a proven track record in curriculum development. These skills, coupled with her commitment to under-served youth, have been a great asset to Love Heals as we seek to empower young people in the fight against HIV.”

-Jasmine Nielsen, Executive Director Love Heals

“I’ve been fortunate to work with Rebecca on several projects. We initially worked together as volunteers for the Birch Family Camp. I can honestly say that without Rebecca’s keen understanding of young people and her willingness to share her skills, I would have stumbled terribly. Later, while serving on the Board of Directors for Woodrock, I recommended Rebecca for the Executive Director position and worked with her in this role for over a year as the organization thoughtfully reviewed it’s strategic goals for its future. I trust Rebecca’s insights not only about young people, but about the best way to create an organization that can serve their needs and thrive. Her experience supports this high skill level.-Sherri H. Culver

"Rebecca's training was insightful, inspiring, innovative and most of all engaging. Her energy and confidence lights up the room and can keep even the most disengaged crowd active. Her ability to not just lecture but also work collaborative with the group along with doing group exercises is what makes her trainings the most interesting." - Maria Velasquez, Foster Parent Coordinator, Concilio

The  Reunion House Program staff and management [of Our Family Services] in Tucson, AZ participated in a team and program building exercise that was facilitated by Rebecca Fabiano.  It was a fantastic day for both Reunion House staff and management to learn how to better serve the youth in our care.  Rebecca was by far a phenomenal facilitator and expert in her field.  I would recommend her course to anyone wanting to learn more about  team and rapport building techniques. Her exercises were presented in a fun, easy, simple, and effective manner. The tools and ideas she left the Reunion House staff with are priceless pieces of gold! We hope to see and learn from Rebecca again soon!”  -Program Manager—Reunion House Tucson
