Biography

My 25 year career has taken me from the roles of Youth Worker to Exective Director; from the streets of Brooklyn as an Outreach Worker to the classroom as a teacher in Manhattan to a village in Uganda as an Educator. I have worked in and with start-up organizations as well as large city-wide systems. You can also read my biography and resume on LinkedIn.

I have an extensive background in program administration, nonprofit leadership, youth development, and education. Since 2010, I have focused on providing capacity building supports for youth-serving, nonprofit and education organizations and city-wide systems. I have been an adjunct professor at The Community College of Philadelphia since 2007 and I teach a course called Foundation of Youth Work.
